By commissioning me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Service. The client has full responsibility upon reading the ToS in advance before claiming a slot.

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Modifying my art is not allowed.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

The final product is a digital file, no physical copies will be shipped to the client.

I will attend orders made through my bussines email or any socials DM. (Links below)

This are character commisions, this means I will not work on a detailed background. By default, it will be a flat color that matches with the character.

Full payment is required before starting the commission.

These prices are for personal use only. For commercial use commission, the price will be discussed and will depend on what it will be used for.

Payments are done through Paypal invoices, using EUR(€) as the currency. The client is responsible for making currency conversions.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have asked for payment.

In case you need to cancel on the commission, I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working. Once I start working there will be no refunds.

If there are no reference images or you'd like me to design from only a description, a design fee will be applied.

If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes on your request simplifying the concept or changing the character.

You may upload the artwork on any website and social media.

You may crop and resize the artwork for any social media use.

You may print the artwork for personal use in any way.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) or use the artwork for commercial purposes.

You may not trace, recolor, copy or claim the artwork as your own, nor remove my signature or watermark.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I retain copyrights over the artwork.

I reserve the right to post the artwork online. I will not post it only upon request.

I will not profit further from the artwork unless you, the client, break any of the terms.

I will start working on the commission after payment and depending on the commissions queue.

In most cases, time to complete the commission will take between 2 and 4 weeks, unless it’s a more complex request.

The client is responsible to provide visually clear references of the character requested. Additional references such as clothing, mood, expressions and composition are also very welcome and will help me to visualize the client's requests faster.

I will send a WIP (‘Work In Progress’) for each phase (sketch, colour and rendering). You are free to request a WIP at any given time.

Major changes can be asked only for within the sketch phase. Only minor adjustments can be made afterwards.

Once the commission is done, I will be sending the files through a Google Drive link.

If no feedback is given during the process, I will not be responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design.

By obtaining a design by me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Usage.

Commercial usage may be inquired / purchased with a fee (to be discussed)

Do not claim the design as yours and do not edit my art without permission.

My designs are prohibited from being used for any kind of cryptocurrency (NFT, Bitcoin, etc).

I am not responsible for any problems from your side. If I find any transaction dubious I have right to refuse sale and service.

Payment must be received within 24 HRS after the invoice is sent, otherwise the design will be put back for sale.

There will be no refunds.

I allow editing of the designs as long as permission is asked beforehand and that at least 50% of the design's features are retained.

Minor edits (ie. drawing in small details like clothing patterns or adding minimal accessory on official art) do not need approval

If you want big changes in the design, you can commission me those modifications, but these are not included in the original price of the adoptable.

The original, unedited version of the design must be kept as well as a sign of proof of ownership.

You have complete freedom to give name, background, story and personality to the character for your personal use.

You may crop and resize the artwork for any social media use.

You may print the artwork for personal use in any way.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may not make profits from the design (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, etc.) or use the artwork for commercial purposes.

The owner is not allowed to resell the adopt.

I retain copyrights over the artwork.

I will not profit further from the design unless you, the client, break any of the terms.
